PURPOSE:To obtain the subject composition having excellent storage stability and high activity comprising a polyisocyanate compound, an organometallic urethanization catalyst and an acyl chloride compound. CONSTITUTION:A polyisocyanate compound is blended with (A) 30-500ppm (preferably 50-200ppm) organometallic urethanization catalyst (preferably stannous acetate or dibutytin diacetate) and (B) 30-10,000ppm (preferably 50-2,000ppm) acyl chloride compound (preferably terephthalic acid chloride or toluic acid chloride) to give the objective composition. |
