<p>PURPOSE:To enable thermal fusion to be effected with good bonding strength by subjecting a polyolefin part to a flame treatment and a hot-air treatment, and also subjecting a polyester part only to a hot-air treatment, and then by press-bonding both the surfaces to be thermally fused each other. CONSTITUTION:A laminate film having a polyester surface 2 corresponding to a vessel inner surface and a polyolefin surface 3 corresponding to a vessel outer surface in its rear surface and a polyester surface 2 in its one end part 4 is subjected to a flame treatment in a polyolefin part of the end part 4 by means of a gas burner 5. In the next place, it is subjected to a hot-air treatment by means of a hot-air treating nozzle 6. At that time, the polyester part of the end part 4 is hot-air treated at the same time. Meanwhile, the other end part of the polyester surface is hot-air treated by means of the hot-air treating nozzle 6. After the treatment like this, the outer surface and the other one end of the polyester surface hot-air treated are joined each other to thus be thermally fused through press joint.</p> |
