PURPOSE:To make a communication device for train control capable of transmitting ATC information as well as performing train detection by providing a signal extracting means for train control that inversely spreads and processes a received signal received by an onboard receiving means with a second PN code generated by a PN code generating means to extract a signal for train control. CONSTITUTION:Since the phase difference between a first PN code (PN, (thetai)) and a second PN code (PN2 (thetar)) is established on the side of a transmitting part (A), even on the onboard side of a train, the second PN code can be generated from a fourth PN code generator 27 having a time lag equivalent to that phase difference from the point of time when the first PN code is detected, thereby synchronization of the second PN code of the transmitting part (A) on the ground and the PN code for inverse spreading used on a train (a) to detect its train control carrier (fATC) is obtained. When the second PN code is inversely spread and processed by an inverse spreading circuit 29, the train control carrier wave (fATC) is obtained from the inverse spreading circuit 29, and control of the train (a) becomes possible by using that train control carrier wave. |
