PURPOSE:To obtain the subject machine for production capable of mechanically producing HARUMAKI (a Chinese cooking, stuffs coated with tin dough of white flour and fried in an oil)-like snack by arranging a thin coating pushing device and a specific thin coating rolling device for holding the thin coating with clips and rolling the thin coating in the rear of the pushing device. CONSTITUTION:A thin coating (S) is folded by a thin coating pushing device, pushed into a space between guide plates (17a) and (17b) with the pushing device and formed into a U-shaped coating. The lower end of the folded thin coating is then nipped with clips (29a) for holding and an auxiliary shaft (28a), accordingly the clips for holding are moved on the circumference having a radius (R) with a driving shaft as the center by the rotation of the driving shaft 21. The auxiliary shaft itself is rotated by the meshing of a gear (30a) with a fixed gear 31 to roll the thin coating pressed to the guide device. |
