This is about the D/A converter of circuit switch type compensating for input switching skew. This comprises a P-type Mos transistor applying current source to its gate, P-type Mos transistors receiving the digital input signal at respective gates, N-type and P-type Mos transistors connected in serial at each gate by refrence voltage, and the N-type and P-type Mos transistor connected in serial to the second constant refrence voltage and reverse digital input signal at each gate, and provides the D/A converter of current switching to output the second output signal at drain.
