The circuit consists of a clock signal generator that generates 1st and 2nd clock signals and reference frequency, a switching data output circuit that controls switching devices by fixed current values, a counter that increases or decreases reference frequency by the clock signals, electrode wear reducing circuit by comparing switching data with counter signals, and switching device driver. Thus it can minimize electrode wear, and select a common speed operation and an electrode wear reducing operation.
