PURPOSE:To enable sufficient removal of a clad, by forming a resin floor with the degree of crosslinking of anion and cation exchange resins reduced to 7.5-3% in terms of the content of divinyl benzene to remove suspended impurities during the processing of a primary cooling water of a BWR type nuclear power generation plant. CONSTITUTION:A mixing floor is formed from a resin with the degree of crosslinking of cation and anion exchange resins reduced 7.5-3% in terms of the content of divinyl benzene to remove suspended impurities during the processing of a primary cooling water of a BWR type nuclear power generation plant. The degree of crosslinking is so low in the anion and cation exchange resins herein used to make the diffusion rate of a clad higher in a resin particle with a relatively large pores therein. The resin is elastic, not being comparatively hard. This allows a large clad adsorbing effect due to an elastic deformation of the surface of a resin during passage through water, thereby enabling production of a highly pure water with a low density of the clad in filtering and desalting operations. |
