A laterally elongated hole(5c) in the top(5b) of the pump rod accepts the end(18a) of the cranked drive shaft(18) of a small DC motor(17). An outer case(6) holds the pump container(1) and motor battery (12) securely in place. The rod is constrained to move vertically as the shaft rotates, the motor speed and/or pumping time being determined by a relay(14), voltage regulator(15) and contactor(13). The side delivery nozzle faces the case opening.Opt., the power source is a C-shaped electromagnet, with poles alternately excited by a chopping circuit, between which a ferrous core, or avoiding springs permanent magnet oscillates.
