The ROTATING ORNAMENT is an operable toy designed to keep an ornament rotating and oscillating about a threaded rod formed in the shape of a ring. With the ring held vertically, the ornament is maintained in mid-position by continually turning the ring. Other inventions of this type are so constructed that they can only be operated by hand, whereas this present invention can also be handcranked, motorized, or operated by wheeling the toy along the floor.
