The space is controlled for mobile guidance (2) of an object towards a predetermined destination. The mobile (2) moves through the space towards a selection of destinations (A to K). Several fixed emitters (7) which are situated inside the space and there is a reception (8) fixed to the mobile. Each time the mobile approaches an emitter a coded signal is decoded and retained according to the relevant direction selected and confirms that the trajectory is correct. The emitter consists of an address module, a stacking module and an output module. In the address module there are various associations between the coded information and the directional information. Those associations are stored and then emitted. The emission can be infra-red or radio-frequency. The emitters send signals allowing the mobile to reach a destination, such as an intersection where the mobile is able to detect another emitter which enables the mobile to adjust its direction to reach its final destination.
