Window and sash frames - with synthetic foam filled plastic hollow profiled sections

The hollow profile strut sections are cut to length and the cavities foamed out, except for the end sections which are butted together to form the frame corners and finally the corners are foamed out with a denser foam. Pref. the profile parts are of PVC and the foam is polyurethane.
