Anchoring and stabilizing device for stationary floating objects, consisting of numerous displacement elements, in particular tubular pontoons, linked together with connection elements, with flexible anchoring connectors fastened to them, the other ends of the latter connectors being fastened to the bed or a bank, characterized in that the displacement elements freely floating on the water surface, in particular individual pontoons (1), linked in a constant structure by means of a platform (2), are anchored in the required place using at least two flexible connector systems, each of which consists of two flexible connectors (3) with one end anchored to anchor plates (4) set in the bed, running through at least one pair of guiding rollers (5) and through a single common central two-roller pulley block (6), to the point at which the other end is anchored, situated in the upper part of a common mobile displacement-free weight (7), where the axis of rotation of the central two-roller pulley block (6) is situated at a height (H) above water level, this height being greater than the distance (H1) between the centre of buoyancy of the pontoons (1) and the water surface, while the common displacement-free weight (7), whose mass (Gs) is equal to one fifth of the sum of the displacements (Cp) of all pontoons (1), is permanently immersed in the water at variable depth (C), and in addition the angle (α) of deflection of the flexible connectors (3) with respect to the vertical axis (X-X) of the device is kept within the range 0 degree to a maximum of 75 degrees, while the sum of the masses (Gk) of all of the anchor plates (4) is greater than the mass (Gs) of the common displacement-free weight (7).<IMAGE>
