Flow-control system for drains (sewers)

摘要

A flow-control system for drains is described in which the volume of the flow is determined on the basis of the depth of the liquid in a tube together with the average velocity of the flow through the tube determined by means of the detection of the maximum velocity of the particles which flow through the drain at different velocities, the average velocity being determined subsequently as approximately 90% of the maximum velocity.
