1. Method of repairing concrete and reinforced concrete constructions, involving appropriate preparation of the surface followed by the application of sprayed concrete in layers according to patent 150187, characterized in that at least one of the layers is made of a concrete mixture with dense plastic consistency, where grains of aggregate with a granularity of above 5 mm make up 10 to 50% of the total quantity of aggregate by weight, with the addition of known powder or liquid plasticizers, preferably that known from application P.257756, the mixture being compacted by means of the kinetic energy imparted to its ingredients using an air stream of total quantity in the range 5-10 m<3>/min, delivered to a sprayer in favourable proportions to a known tank inlet stub pipe, a known tank outlet stub pipe and a known spray ending.
