An electromotive force generator comprising an armature (4) on a stator (2) in which a rotor (1) is housed having a plurality of magnets (6a, 6b), said armature comprising at least an electrical winding (3a, 3b) on a ferromagnetic core (4a, 4b) having inner walls (5a, 5b) facing said rotor (1), each magnet (6a, 6b) facing each inner wall (5a, 5b) for each revolution of said rotor (1), about a shaft (8) to which mechanical power is applied, characterized in that said magnets (6a, 6b) have polarity of the same type with respect to said walls (5a, 5b). The rotor (1) comprises either electromagnets or permanent magnets. In the latter case the magnets are oriented with respect to said walls either with all north poles (N) or with all south poles (S) facing said walls (5a, 5b). The E.M.F. generator according to the invention improves the performances of the already existing machines in particular with respect to both a reduction of magnetic dispersed fluxes and a better efficiency. |
