VIBRATING BELT MASSAGER

A hand held reciprocating belt massager (10) driven by an electric motor (24) to massage sore muscles. The opposite ends of the belt (12) are equipped with handles (14, 16), one of which houses the motor (24) and a drive train that reciprocates the belt (12) longitudinally when the motor (24) is in operation. The other handle (16) connects flexibly with the belt (12) through a resilient elastomer bar (94) that accommodates the belt (12) reciprocation. A detachable thermal pack (118) is applicable to the belt (12) to provide heating in conjunction with the massaging action of the belt (12).
