<p>A device for rotating and aerating liquids, comprising a vertical axis rotor revolving in an aeration vessel, has blades attached to the rotor shaft in such a way that the upward flowing liquid is diverted and thrown approximately horizontally onto the surface of the liquid. Specifically the blades are of U-section, widening from the tip towards the rotor shaft and open in the direction of rotation.</p> |
