A preparation comprising a medicinal solution filled in a transparent syringe tube or vessel molded from a resin composition comprising a phosphate represented by general formula (1) as a nucleating agent and a propylene polymer as a base material. The invention can provide a medicated preparation which is excellent in transparency and highly safe because the resin additive does not dissolve in the solution even when the solution is filled for long. The preparation is particularly useful as a medicated syringe preparation.
