PURPOSE:To enable a user to easily recognize a change in the number of character lines put in one page resulting from alteration of line interval information by displaying a pattern showing the change of a page. CONSTITUTION:In a step S2, key input operation is performed and in a step S3, it is judged whether a line interval is varied or not. Namely, when a cursor is at a head character and a key-inputted code is one of 0-9 or a space, the line interval is varied in steps S4 and S6. In the step S4, the key-inputted value is stored as a line interval specified value in the 1st digit of a line in a document memory DBUF that the cursor CR indicates. Then a display is made again in the step S6 to vary the size of a frame. |
