PURPOSE:To obtain a low production cost and to surely form an anodized film on the upper part of a circuit while preventing cutting of a circuit having an anodized film. CONSTITUTION:An area where no anodized film is formed in a scanning signal wire GL consists of a group of fine wires GLS having <=20mum width. The non- anodized part is formed with >=1mm length. An anodization preventing film RSS is formed by applying a rubber org. resin on the nonanodized part of the scanning signal wire GL and then the anodization preventing film RSS is removed.
