<p>PURPOSE: To obtain automatical works for continuously manufacturing stacked materials at a specific constant weight by a method wherein the stacked materials are cut to a molding material, and when the mold materials are stacked, a continuous weighing capacity value is obtained. CONSTITUTION: In driving of this device, a first molding material 37 is placed on a weighing machine 38. A weight measurement value generated by the weighing machine is next supplied to a microprocessor for deciding when this weight is higher or lower than a fraction of all weights. This information is used for controlling operations of a cutter 20 depending on a measured length of a mold material which is passed by a measurement device by a processor. A second molding material is passed through specific works, stacked on the molding material 37 and a next weight is measured. This information is supplied to the microprocessor, and a length of a next molding material is adjusted as occasion demands. Further, a third molding material 29 is in a step of being lifted up above the other molding material, and this process is repeated at that time.</p> |
