<p>PURPOSE: To obtain a member of which fixation surface layer is not peeled off from a thermal-conductive silicone elastomer layer and also not corroded by a charge control agent (DDAMS) and which has a long service life, by adding a specific binder to an adhesive layer in the member. CONSTITUTION: This member consists of a base supporting member, a thermal- conductive silicone elastomer layer, an aminosilane primer layer, an adhesive layer and an elastomeric fixation surface layer. At this time, the elastomer of the fixation surface layer is cured by subjecting its solvent solution together with a nucleophilic curing agent soluble in the solvent to curing reaction in the presence of a <=4 pts.wt. ratio of an inorganic base to 100 pts.wt. of the polymer and the adhesive layer is cured by subjecting a solvent solution contg. the above composition used for curing the fixation surface layer and about 5 to 20wt.% of a binder represented by the formula based on the weight of the composition to curing reaction. In the formula: R is an alkyl group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms; R' is an alkyl group having 1 to 7 carbon atmos; R" is a hydrogen atom, R, or the like; X is a vinyl or alkyl group having 3 to 8 carbon atmos, or the like; (q) is 1 or 0; (k) is 0 to 3; (b) is 0 to 2; (a) is 0 or 1; and (p) is 0 to 20; wherein k+b+a=3.</p> |
