PURPOSE:To provide a power device which can supply to a load circuit high frequency voltage which has an envelope of a smoothed d.c. voltage and which has a high input power factor and a small strain of an input current waveform. CONSTITUTION:Between output terminals of a rectifyer 100, a pair of inductors 3, 4 are so connected to non-common connection sides of a pair of switching devices 1, 2 respectively that the inductors 3, 4 may be series with the switching devices 1, 2 respectively which are connected in series with each other and which are turned on and off alternately to switch a high frequency of the output voltage of the rectifyer. At the end of a non-switching device side of each of the inductors 3, 4, a pair of rectifying elements 5, 6 are installed respectively which have a polarity opposite to that of the rectified voltage. A pair of capacitors 7, 8 which are charged with accumulated power of the inductors 3, 4 when the switching devices 1, 2 are turned off are installed in parallel with series circuits of the inductor and the rectifying element respectively. Then, the charge of each of the capacitors 7, 8 is supplied to a load circuit 10. |
