PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of a defective recycled toner-cartridge and to improve the reliability of a device by correctly judging whether the toner cartrigde can be recycled or not. CONSTITUTION:A display device 82, which is slid one mark each time the toner cartridge is attached/detached to/from a developing device and shows the number of times that the toner cartridge 70 is recycled, is provided on the external wall of a housing 76. When the number of times that it is recycled, which is displayed by the display device 82, reaches the preset limited number of times, the toner cartridge 70 is recycled after consumables are replaced, so that the the occurrence of a defective toner-cartridge is prevented and the reliability of the device is improved. |
