PURPOSE:To revise data so that all nodes have the same management table by sending all terminal equipment management table to an exchange extended newly when a store and forward exchange and a communication terminal equipment connecting thereto are newly extended. CONSTITUTION:Whether or not an extension node (store and forward exchange) 2a is in existence is checked, and when in existence, an address of a node to be extended is extracted and an optional store and forward exchange 2 is connected via a communication network 3. Then the transmission of all communication terminal equipment management table provided to the exchange 2 is started to the node 2a to be extended and all data are sent. Through the transmission, all communication terminal equipment management table in the state of unconnection of the node 2a is sent to the node 2a and the all communication terminal equipment management table representing the state of connecting the node 2a to the network system is obtained based on the management data of its own communication terminal equipment 1a. Furthermore, since the management data of the terminal equipment 1a connecting to the node 2a are sent to the node 2, all the nodes 2, 2a have the same all communication terminal equipment management table. |
