PURPOSE:To speedily perform point-of-sales information control by inhibiting all terminal device, a specific terminal device, or only specific dealings and resetting the inhibition by controlling the dealings states of all the terminal devices connected to a POS terminal controller from a host device or one terminal device. CONSTITUTION:The POS system which performs the point-of-sales information control such as a clearing process consists of the POS terminal controller 1, plural terminal devices 3 which are connected to the POS terminal controller 1 through a communication line 2, and the host device 5 which is connected to the POS terminal controller 1 through a communication line 4. Then the RAM 14 of the POS terminal controller 1 is provided with a dealings state flag 141, a dealings inhibition flag 142, and a dealings inhibition name 143 as dealings information on the respective terminal devices 3. |
