PURPOSE:To obtain a target signal by performing additional averaging of an output signal of a flux meter for each fundamental period of noise due to vibration of a refrigerator. generating a template of periodical noise where signal and noise are eliminated, and then subtracting the noise template from the output signal of the flux meter. CONSTITUTION:The output signal of a SQUID 31 of a superconducting quantum interference (SQUID) flux meter is fed to a computer 45 through an FLL controller 41, an amplifier, a filter, etc., thus enabling the output signal of the flux meter to be processed. The computer 45 obtains an additional averaging waveform for a signal with a waveform which is synchronized to a target signal as a trigger from a measurement data which consists of the target signal and periodical noise. Then, influence of signal is eliminated from the data and then the arithmetic mean waveform is subtracted for eliminating noise. thus generating a template of periodical noise. By subtracting the template from the output signal of the flux meter while matching the phase, the target signal can be obtained. |
