摘要

PURPOSE:To provide the power unit which can be operated even when input/ output voltage difference is small and can reduce dispersion in the set value of an over current even when the hFE of an output transistor is dispersed. CONSTITUTION:A lead wire 11 to electrically connect a bonding pad (electrode) 1 of an IC 5 for control and a lead frame or a lead wire 12 to electrically connect a bonding pad 6 of a power transistor 9 and the lead frame 10 is used as a resistor for current detection.
