PURPOSE:To provide a compact field-through type device by measuring a length of a wire by a roller disposed more on the wire supply side than a pressure splicing part, and disposing a wire clamp to be freely movable to reciprocate in a specified zone. CONSTITUTION:Forward end parts of plural wires 12 supplied from a wire supply part are supplied through a roller 18 to a pressure splicing part 28, and the forward end parts of the wires 12 are connected to a first connector by pressure splicing at the pressure splicing part 28. The wires 12 supplied continuously from the wire supply part are then measured by the roller 18, they are clamped by a wire clamp 36 as necessary, and middle parts of the wires are connected to a second connector by pressure splicing by the pressure splicing part 28. When an obtained matter is completed as a harness, for connecting a connector to terminal end parts of the wires 12, the wires 12 are cut with a cutting blade 26, the wires 12 are clamped and pulled by the clamp 36, and they are connected to the last connector by pressure splicing by the pressure splicing part 28. A field-through type harness can thus be manufactured using compact equipment. |
