PURPOSE:To automatically execute the correction of pincushion distortion for distorting the screen of a monitor by a built-in microcomputer. CONSTITUTION:This device is provided with a microcomputer 2A for counting the frequency of a synchronous signal, and a digital/analog converter 3 for converting the correction value of the pincushion distortion outputted from the microcomputer 2A to an analog voltage. By controlling a pincushion distortion correcting circuit 4 by the output of the digital/analog converter 3, the pincushion distortion of a screen is corrected. |
