<p>PURPOSE:To prevent uneven transmission efficiency by uniforming positions and shapes of translucent resin layers having light condensing function. CONSTITUTION:A light-emitting diode 2 and a photo-transistor 3 are mounted on a lead frame 1, and the light-emitting diode is covered by the first and second transmissive resin layers 5 and 6 for protection purpose. Then, in the light-emitting diode which is sealed with molding resin 7 and 8, the top of the first transmissive resin layer 6 is depressed of flat.</p> |
