<p>PURPOSE:To process a device at high speed at the time of writing data. CONSTITUTION:A memory part 16 is constituted of a frash EEPROM and when data is written in the memory part 16, after the data is retreated to a buffer part 17, the data of the memory 16 is erased. At this time, since the buffer part 17 is constituted of a memory reading/writing by a prescribed unit amount e.g. by 1 byte, erasure processing at the time of writing the data in the buffer part 17 is facilitated.</p> |
