摘要 PURPOSE:To improve cooling efficiency without having an adverse effect on input/output characteristics by crosswise knitting and constituting wire rods, on which resin films are executed and which are composed of a nonmagnetic material having high thermal conductivity such as copper, aluminum, etc., into a cylindrical bobbin made of a resin, on which a pickup coil is wound. CONSTITUTION:A large number of wire materials 35, 35..., in which resin films are executed on copper wires or aluminum wires as a nonmagnetic material having high thermal conductivity, are crosswise knitted cylindrically and constituted into a bobbin 34, on which a pickup coil 33 is wound, in a flux input circuit connected to a superconducting quantum interference element brought (to a superconducting state at a cryogenic level in the central axial direction and circumferential direction of the bobbin 34. Consequently, the thermal conductive characteristics of the whole bobbin 34 are improved, cold heat is transmitted smoothly over the bobbin 34, and the pickup coil 33 can be cooled in a short time up to a superconducting transition temperature. The loop of normal conductive currents is generated only in the cross sections of each wire rod 35, thus inhibiting the change of input/output characteristics.
