<p>PURPOSE:To provide an electromagnet device, which maintains reliably a buffer action at the time of collision of an armature with a yoke to be capable of reducing the collision sound of the armature and moreover, does never cause the continuity failure between contacts in the case where the device is applied to an electromagnetic relay. CONSTITUTION:An electromagnet device is constituted to such a structure that a non-magnetic material stopper 5, which is positioned in such a way as to sandwich a permanent magnet 4 of an armature 3 between the stopper and a central leg piece 1a of a yoke 1 and is arranged in such a way that it is positioned in almost the middle between opposed pieces 3b and 3c of the armature, is provided, deformable buffer materials (magnetic fluids) 6 made of a magnetic material are respectively made to hold on facing parts 3e and 3f, which face the stopper, of the opposed pieces 3b and 3c by the leakage flux of the magnet 4, the buffer materials are elastically made to deform immediately before the opposed pieces are made contact to the leg piece 1a and the energies of the buffer materials are absorbed.</p> |
