<p>PURPOSE:To make a tape cassette unnable to be loaded to a tape recorder under the state keeping an opening part for head insertion to be closed with a cover body for opening/closing the opening part. CONSTITUTION:The opening part 6 for head insertion is provided on the front side 5 of a tape cassette casing 13 and reference pin inserting hole 7, 8 are provided on the upper and lower sides. The cover body 14 closing the above- mentioned opening part 6 is provided at the outside of the above-mentioned tape cassette casing 13 by means of overlapping it to the front side 5. A hub locking member 17 to interrupt the rotation of hubs 3, 4 by being operated with the cover body 14 to engage pawl-shaped engaging parts 15 with the parts 16 to be engaged which are provided in the hubs 3, 4, is provided inside the tape cassette casing 13. The thickness T of the above-mentioned cover body 14 is set equivalent to or thicker than the diameters of reference pin inserting hole 9, 10.</p> |
