<p>PURPOSE:To provide a forced air-cooling device which allows fine electric power control that meet low power consumption operation requirement of a processing system main body and also to provide a small information processing system operated on a battery for an extended period at low power consumption rate. CONSTITUTION:A means that obtains such information as operation clock signal 16 of a central processing unit is provided, and, an electric power control part 9 which properly controls electric power or pulse supplied to an air blowing fan 11 according to information is provided. So, a forced air-cooling device which allows fine electric power control that meet low power consumption operation requirement of a processing system main body is realized, and further, a small information processing system operated on a battery for an extended period at low power consumption rate is provided.</p> |
