PURPOSE:To print newspaper articles that a rearranging person requires on one form at the time of document managing operation and to easily grasp the quantity of articles and improve the operation efficiency. CONSTITUTION:This system is equipped with a finish printing indication input means 1 for specifying plural articles to be printed on one form at a time, a data storage means 4 which stores and controls article data on candidate articles to be entered into all article surfaces, a data retrieving means 3 which retrieves article data of a specified surface in the data storage means 4 to obtain necessary information, an individual editing means 5 which edits the given article data into print data for printing, a finish editing means 6 which performs the layout editing of plural print data edited individually by the individual editing means 5 on one form, an output means 7 which prints out the editing result, and an input/output control means 2 which analyzes input information from the finish printing indication input means 1 and controls the data retrieving means 3, individual editing means 5, finish editing means 6, and output means 7. |
