The color cathode tube comprises a shadowmask, a frame, a hook spring on the circumferential surface having a prominence against a panel, and a panel where a depression is formed combines the prominence of the hook spring and the depression to dispose the frame assembly inside the panel. The simple structure of combining the frame structure inside the panel makes it possible to reduce the production cost and improve the reliability of goods.
