摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To provide the manufacturing method of the title positive temperature coefficient thermistor ceramics having higher resistance temperature coefficient at switching temperature and the least dispersion in the resistance values within the title manufacturing method of said ceramics used for the switching element of demagnetizing circuit for fan forced heater or television image receiver. CONSTITUTION:BaNb2O6 can be blended evenly during the blending step of a raw material by using BaNb2O6 as the raw material of niobium added as a semiconductor element so as to evenly blend the BaNb2O6 during the blending step of the raw material thereby enabling the title positive temperature coefficient thermistor ceramics in an even distribution of niobium atoms to be manufactured. Through these procedures, the dispersion in the resistance values can be reduced thereby enabling the resistance temperature coefficient at switching temperature to be increased.</p>
