PURPOSE:To obtain the color reproduction of a normal hue always without a phase shift even if a manual adjustment work is elininated, by applying a start synchronization under such a condition that an oscillating frequency of a voltage controlled oscillator is automatically brought to a prescribed frequency. CONSTITUTION:Onto the left end for a horizontal scanning to be started, fluorescent material stripes 5C for emitting ultraviolet rays are applied at an equal space to the period of index stripes, thereafter start stripes 5A are applied. The output of a voltage controlled oscillator VCO is of free oscillation before a time t6 thereafter controlled to the condition of synchronous oscillation by index signals 18. When the output signal of the VCO is multiplied to 1/3 by start synchronous pulses 19 generated being timely thinned out, signals obtained at the terminal of a multiplying circuit are determined to the generation of one pulse for three times of output pulse from the VCO on the basis of pulses 20 obtained by the final synchronization. |
