PURPOSE:To control the held blood relationship of customers and utilize it for various business chances and to expand business results by providing a household-classified customer information part, a blood relationship table, and an execution control part. CONSTITUTION:This system is equipped with the household-classified customer information part 3 where the customer information that banking institutions have is classified by households, the blood relationship table 4 containing information on the blood relationship relating to the customer information in the household-classified customer information part 3, and the execution control part 2 which check the relation to other households by using the household- classified customer information part 3 and blood relationship table 4. Then a public relations man gathers necessary data by daily business activity and inputs the data through an information input part 1, and the execution processing part 2 operates to register them in the household-classified customer information part 3 and blood relationship table 4. Thus, blood relationship person names and blood relationship codes are registered in addition to transaction customer names. |
