<p>PURPOSE:To provide an image information presenting device capable of easily collecting the attention of a watching person to a corresponding part area and conducting an effective presentation without requiring complicated preparation. CONSTITUTION:This device has a processing area designating means 5 for designating an optional area in image data displayed on a display device 4 and a highlight processing means 6 for conducting a highlight processing to changing the value for all picture elements included in the area designated by the processing area designating means 5. Further, to the device are added a highlight parameter input part, a highlight processing method input means, a background extracting means, a background area designating means, and an image value changing are extracting means.</p> |
