PURPOSE:To accurately detect the forefront of encoded data whose forefront part is set in a silent state by transmitting a specific synchronism start control signal attached on the forefront of encoded voice information. CONSTITUTION:A synchronism start control signal S representing the start point of effective information is transmitted by attaching on the forefront of the encoded voice information in the transmission method of encoded and accumulated voice information. Also, the synchronism start control signal is made at every code of several octets so as to surely detect a boundary between an encoded data stream set in the silent state and the encoded data stream of effective accumulation voice even when a bit error due to a transmission error or a burst error continusing to some extent occurs, and it is made up by including an error correction code. Also, information representing the effective data quantity X of the encoded voice data stream following a signal is included in the synchronism start control signal. Furthermore, the synchronism start control signal is formed with a code 'FF' representing a silence level and codes 'FE' and '7E' representing a low sound volume level. |
