PURPOSE: To provide a machine for producing canned fish in which it is excluded or drastically reduced that packed canned contents are thrown out from cans without reducing the machine output of the cans per every minute. CONSTITUTION: In a can star driving device of a canned fish producing machine, a talet 11 and a can star 75 are separately driven and the can star 75 is advanced and rotated by 120 deg. in the respective cycle of 1.5 times as long as a time required for advancing the talet 11 by 120 deg.. The rotary speed of the can star 75 is delayed to reduce the sending out speed at the time of discharging the packing cans from the machine in order to prevent fish from being discharged out from the packing can. The can star 75 does not advance at two steps by executing an intermediate stop as a conventional machine does and is continuously rotated over 120 deg. by a one step advance.
