PURPOSE:To obtain an image with good quality and to make a good removal of a visible image and a latent image by providing each specified image carrying body, carrying body driving device, image forming device, cleaning device and latent image eliminating device. CONSTITUTION:When an image signal is applied on a thermal head 14 while an image carrier 10 is rotated counterclockwise at a specified speed, the surface of the image carrier is selectively heated while it is brought into contact with a recording auxiliary 16. In addition, a latent image is formed as a collective pattern of a part where a retreating contact angle becomes small. This latent image moves with rotation of the image carrier 10 and a visible image as an ink image is formed on the image carrier 10 by means of a developing device. An image display is performed by bringing this visible image on a display position A by rotating the image carrier 10. After the image is displayed, the image carrier is rotated furthermore and after the visible image is eliminated by a cleaning device 20, the latent image is eliminated by a latent image eliminating device 22 consisting of an infrared irradiation device etc. |
