PURPOSE:To provide a food prevented in the dephosphorylation by an alkaline phosphatase existing in a small intestinal mucosa to maintain the mineral- solubilizing effect of casein phosphopeptide(CPP), in the food containing the CPP. CONSTITUTION:A food contains one kind or more of a group consisting of carageenan, pectin, dextran sulfate and mutin.
