PURPOSE:To automatically, easily and accurately perform the communication between a deliveryman and a resident for improving the efficiency of collection and delivery of goods by providing a means which connects an central entrance hall machine, an automatic controlled locker system, a host machine in a concierge's room, and interphones in residential rooms interactively. CONSTITUTION:A central entrance hall machine 5 is connected to an automatic lock door 4 by a cable 10 and to an interphone controller 7 by a cable 11. On the other hand, an automatically-controlled locker system 1 is connected to a display panel 2, which is installed in a common area for residents such as a common entrance hall, by a cable 14 and to an I/F device 3 by a cable 12. The I/F device 3 is connected to the interphone controller 7, and the interphone controller 7 is connected to a host machine 6 in the caretaker's room 20 and to interphones 9 in residential rooms 21 and an automatic alarming device via residence adapters 8, cables 16 and 17, etc. Thereby, residents are not required to stay at home when a deliveryman collects goods. |
