PURPOSE:To enable the easy and quantitative detection of the degree of fatigue of a human body, the exhibition of an effect of recovery from the fatigue of the human body always in an optimum state in accordance with the result of the detection and the easy check of the effect of recovery from the fatigue. CONSTITUTION:A skin potential detecting unit 9 detects the skin potential of an examinee and applies the potential to a control circuit device 17. A speaker 12 generates a voice stimulus having an effect of arousing a caution. An air conditioner 13 and an arom controller 14 generate a refreshing stimulus (1/f fluctuating wind and aroma) having a sedative effect. An oxygen enriching device 15 generates a refreshing stimulus (oxygen-enriched air) having an effective of recovery from the physical fatigue. The control circuit device 17 decides the degree of fatigue in accordance with a change in the detected skin potential with a lapse of time after the voice stimulus is given to the patient from the speaker 12. The control circuit device selectively operates the air conditioner 13, the aroma controller 14 and the oxygen enriching device 15 in accordance with the result of the decision to enable the subject to recover from the fatigue.
