The circuit consists of a voltage level comparator in which the index input signals are transformed and amplified to output to the D- flipflop where the low or the high logic signal is output by triggering at the falling edge of comparator output signal, a divider to divide the oscillating frequency from the oscillator for reference clock to a fixed value, a decimal counter to output the high logic signal when the ordered clock is input, and a inverter to apply the decimal counter output to the asynchronization reset state of the D-flipflop.
