摘要 PURPOSE:To prevent any time loss and to improve the working efficiency of a power supply-loaded self-running vehicle and the working efficiency of a physical distribution system by installing a charge device to an elevating means, electrically connecting the power supply of the power supply-loaded self-running vehicle, carried in the elevating means, to a charging device, and effecting charge during operation of the elevating means. CONSTITUTION:In some of a plurality of floors 1F... of a building 1, a physical distribution work at a floor is completed by running a power supply-loaded self-running vehicle 2 along self-running vehicle running lines R1.... A work to move the power supply- loaded self-running vehicle from the floor to other floor is effected in such a way that the power supply-loaded self-running vehicle is carried in an elevating means 3 and the elevating means is raised or lowered therefrom to other floor. Thus, at a point of time when the power supply-loaded self-running vehicle is carried in the elevating means, the power supply of the power supply-loaded self-running vehicle is electrically connected to a charging device 4. By holding this connection state during a time in which the self-running vehicle is taken out from the elevating means at other floor, charge is performed by effectively utilizing the absolute stop time of the power supply-loaded self-running vehicle.
